This was a birthday gift for my friend ~aiko yamada. She loves the Hitatchiin twins from Ouran Host Club and cosplays as Kaoru. Recently, both of us have gotten into D.Gray-Man and she's joined our cosplay group for the series as Lavi. When my attempts at drawing Kaoru didn't come out, I tried my hand at Lavi, and was very pleased with the result.
Not so much about the background. Please, forgive the background. I also lost my skin tone Prismacolor marker and had to use "peach" on the twins, so they came out pink. Fortunately, Lavi looks great.
A bit of trivia for you: the voice actor who does Hikaru for the Host Club anime does the voice for Lavi, as well.
